Job Description**
Your team**

The Customer Support Management team is the SPOC for the customers when it comes to operational issues. We coordinate with the customers, building up a close relationship with them and ensure that they receive the appropriate level of support from Avaloq.

**Your mission**
- Ensure access and availability to customer databases
- Assist Business Analysts and Developers overseas with incident analysis
- Review and reproduce incidents
- Ensure that the incidents are GPDR compliant
- Create various KPI report

Qualifications**
What you need**
- University degree in business informatics, economics or similar
- Excellent spoken and written English and German
- Highly customer focused with excellent customer service skills
- Being able to remain calm, think logically and react appropriately in highly pressurized situations
- A keen attitude - we are looking for a motivated person who is willing to develop as the role develops
