Junior Project Manager for Treasurer

For one of our clients, a multi-national in Geneva, we are seeking a talented and driven Junior Project Manager to assist the Treasury Process Lead with the implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS). As the Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for collecting and documenting business requirements, system specification, testing plans, and performing training for the TMS implementation. Additionally, you will participate in the administration and maintenance of treasury tools, as well as assist with other treasury projects and initiatives.
**Missions**
- Assist the Treasury Process Lead in the implementation of the Treasury Management System (FIS Integrity) and SwiftNet connectivity
- Collect and document business requirements and master data
- Document system specifications and assist IT with system integration
- Define testing plans
- Document and perform training for end-users
- Design any supportive documentation for project management
- Participate in the administration and maintenance of treasury tools
- Minimum 2 years experience with treasury processes and systems
- Strong understanding of systems and processes
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to synthesize complex issues and define remediation plans
- Comfortable with finance and accounting
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
- Based in Geneva
- Collaborative team player with a curious and enthusiastic spirit
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
