Private Equity Off-cycle Internship

Job Description
As an intern, you will join a team of more than 30 experienced investment professionals fully dedicated to direct private equity investments. Since 2010, our team has committed more than USD 6 billion to over 200 direct investments globally. Consideration of environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues is an integral part of our investment process and we have recently launched a dedicated impact fund focused on direct investments.
The internship will provide you with valuable insights into our business and hands-on experience. Among others, interns joining the Direct investment team will:
- Assist the team in screening, analyzing, executing and monitoring direct investment opportunities;
- Perform financial analysis and modeling;
- Conduct industry research and business analysis;
- Support the preparation of investment committee materials;
- Maintain internal databases ensuring data quality and accuracy.
**Requirements**:
- Outstanding academic credentials from a leading university and currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor or Master degree program in business, economics, finance or similar;
- Internship experience in a similar role is beneficial;
- Advanced Excel skills and a solid understanding of financial modeling;
- Excellent English writing and communication skills;
- Self-starter personality with an international mindset;
- Strong analytical skills with focus on details and high degree of quality.
