**PRIVATE EQUITY - TRANSACTION EXECUTION (M&A)**
We are looking for a client oriented Transaction Leader that will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders with the goal of leading and executing Private Equity and M&A transactions:
**Responsibilities**:
- Execution of security transactions in various markets and asset classes
- Overall responsibility for the Onboarding of cross-border private equity/debt transactions (due diligence, valuation, risk management, stakeholder management etc.)
- Support and partner for feasibility of new private equity and private debt transactions
- Part of the M&A transaction and administrative support for the business development team and assisting in managing existing client relationships
- Post Investment Due Diligence support to various Investment Managers
- Managing key stakeholders globally
- Support Audits of the Group Companies and all the Funds promoted by the Group (Valuations of Private Equity Companies, stakeholder management, etc.)
- Stakeholder Management and Communication with corporate service providers, lawyers, directors, advisors, investee companies etc.
Requirements / Experience
- Master’s in finance/controlling or business administration or
- with further education (Series 7, CFA, AZEK or CAIA would be nice to have)
- MUST HAVE a few years of relevant work experience, specifically performing Private Equity valuations and transactions
- Proven knowledge of Accounting practices, also laws and regulations of asset structuring, M&A
- Proficient in both, English (spoken/written) and German (very good spoken/understanding). Very good communication skills and desire to interact with stakeholders globally
- Proven skills and working knowledge about the concepts and practices of risk controlling, risk management and financial products
- Understanding of financial market regulations and financial products
- Eye for detail, persistency and pragmatic work approach
- Strong service attitude, team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, willing to work in an interdisciplinary team
- Good presentation skills with a distinct ability to present technical matters in an efficient and comprehensible way
