**Your role**
- Are you passionate about delivering high quality D365 solutions using the Customer Service and Field Service modules? Do you enjoy working in a high-energy environment with great spirit on commitment and quality delivery?- Key responsibilities- lead the delivery of D365 solutions across all phases of the projects (e.g. Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test)
- you will be required to be hands-on with all aspects of D365 CE and Power Platform
- liaise effectively between clients, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely deliveries
- assess requirements, scope and recommend appropriately architected solutions
- develop technical solution designs and implementation plans and take full ownership of the Dynamics 365 solution
- partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery
- support the team in defining technical, operational and user requirements
- oversee the timely and effective resolution of client issues
- collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects and IT professionals to implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- customize & integrate the system to meet complex business needs.

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Automation Office team in Zurich, Switzerland. The team is part of the Group CTO organization and is responsible for operating more than 700 Automation solutions globally to support service delivery teams in executing their day-to-day business more efficiently.

**Your expertise**
- at least 15 years of experience in the IT industry with 5 years of relevant experience in designing and

building D365 solutions
- certified in Microsoft Azure & Microsoft Dynamics

fundamentals (AZ-900 and MB-910), plus Dynamics CRM (MB-230)
- experience in shared services, project management or quality control
- strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
- in-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, the entity model, security model, and Web services;
- solid knowledge and experience with other Microsoft 365 Azure cloud services including Power Platform and PowerBI
- experience and in-depth knowledge in Azure Implementation and Architecture
- extensive.NET Framework and C# development experience including experience with the CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints.;
- hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve Dynamics customization to include server side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies and plug-ins;
- extensive Type Script, JavaScript, Web API, HTML design
- development lifecycle and GIT knowledge
- experience with working in agile delivery framework
- a confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences
- fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to haves:

- experience with Azure SQL and Data Factory
- experience with front end development (HTML 5,CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, React, Angular)
- exposure on Data integration technologies and tools

Additional certifications that would be preferable to have:

- PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer
- PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals
