- You will be contributing by:
- developing & maintaining continuous, yearly and 3 year current & target state architectures and roadmaps aligned to business strategy, integrated with the broader GCRG architecture landscape
- facilitating design decisions with change teams on key design topics that contribute to the target architecture to ensure rationalized decisions are made, communicated, and adhered to
- maintaining the architecture repository, ensuring artefacts are maintained in an inventory (Business, Data / Information, Application and Technology layers)
- supporting publication of architecture to the wider organization, enabling re-use and value through trust in the data for stakeholders, teams and initiatives
- contributing to the definition of design principles and technology standards & governance, and establishing consistent deliverable quality standards
- providing architectural expertise, guidance and oversight to the broader architecture team, including focus on Cloud technologies, services and design patterns, working closely with Solution Architects
- contributing to the evolution of our Cloud strategy and roadmap, maintaining associated artefacts and supporting delivery teams through planning and onboarding
- supporting RFPs / POCs / vendor evaluations, assessing non-functional requirements and providing key input to the selection process
- supporting architecture governance across the domain

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance CTO team, based in Switzerland. Our broader role is to govern architecture and solution design, define architecture and technology standards, define technology strategy across the domain, and drive technology innovation. We are a global function supporting internal clients throughout the world.

**Your expertise**
- 10+ years’ experience working as an architect, with strong experience in Enterprise Architecture
- 5 years relevant experience in Financial Services, with a focus on regulatory compliance preferred
- hands on Enterprise Architecture experience is a must, including an understanding of common models and methodologies, and with an appreciation for their trade-offs and applicability in different Enterprise environments
- experience with common architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman and working with agile teams
- strong experience with Cloud technologies and patterns, and an understanding of the differences with non-Cloud paradigms. Experience with Microsoft Azure a plus.
- proven track record in the architecture, design and implementation of Enterprise technology development projects in a large-scale, complex global organization, thorough understanding of architecture paradigms and principles, in particular as applied to multi-faceted, integrated solutions
- sound understanding of compliance, operational risk control and investigations, including employee compliance & surveillance, financial crime prevention, eDiscovery and others
- experienced presenter up to ‘C’ level in organization
- strong influencing skills and ability to manage in a global and matrixed organization
- successful management of complex and diverse tasks, while meeting key objectives and timelines
- excellent partnering and influencing skills, able to engage and empower a multi-skilled global team
- Computer science academic background (Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience) preferred
- fluent in English
