- We’re looking for a Business Enterprise Architect to:
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Design end-to-end solutions that integrate people, processes, data, and technology to support business objectives
- Design and maintain the business enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices
- Develop and implement data architecture strategies aligned with business objectives
- Design, create, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for efficient data management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to align data architecture initiatives with overall business strategies and bridge the gap between business needs and data solutions
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security through the implementation of best practices and standards
- Stay abreast of industry trends to drive continuous improvement in data architecture
- Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests, and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement

**Your team**
- You will be working in the Business Enterprise Architecture team in the CDO area which forms part of UBS Asset Management’s COO function. The team comprises a range of business architects, data architects and change professionals responsible for defining the operating model of the asset management value chain, as well as its data architecture.

**Your expertise**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or a related field. CFA or PHD preferred
- Proven experience as business architect, data architect or program manager experienced in leading strategic transformational change in a complex organizational environment
- Strong understanding of operational processes within the asset management and financial services industry
- Experience interacting with cross-functional teams and driving consensus on architectural decisions managing delivery across multiple workstreams including business, IT and control functions with varying timelines, priorities, and complexities
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks and methodologies
- Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data management principles
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance practices
- Team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
