Distributing workload in the respective stakeholder group
- Coordinate relationship between stakeholder groups
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key business contacts
- Understanding current business processes and the future plans
- Identifying of cross-functional / integrative topics as early as possible
- Analyzing issues and finding solutions to complex business scenarios
- Determining the team members necessary for the project life cycle
- Ensuring integration within the solution among the wider IT team in alignment with the overall release management.
- Managing relationships and ensuring quality standards
- Governing projects to maintain and secure the global DRIVE solution

Your qualifications
- Background as integration manager, program manager, business analyst and data migration
- Minimum of 4 project lifecycles from discovery to post go live support
- Understanding and exposure to Agile methodologies including Kanban and Lean
- Experience re-engineering Supply Chain processes
- Excellent consulting, client facing and influencing skills
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Self-disciplined, motivated and organized
- Very good verbal and written communication and expression skills in English
