Your main tasks and responsibilities: Develop and implement apreventive and predictive maintenanceprogram to minimize downtime and extend the life of critical assets, including machine tools, cranes, HVAC systems, air compressors, and auxiliary equipment. Oversee thetroubleshooting and repairof all facility infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural components. Plan, manage, and executefacility expansions, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades, ensuring all projects meet operational and safety requirements. Oversee the selection, negotiation, and supervision of allcontractors and service providersperforming work on-site, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion. Lead and optimizeinventory managementoperations, ensuring efficient storage, tracking, and movement of work-in-progress materials and essential parts. Oversee themaintenance and upkeep of office spaces, ensuring a clean, safe, and productive environment for employees. To succeed in this role, you will need: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Operations, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 7+ years of experience in facility management, industrial operations, or maintenance leadership, preferably in a high-tech manufacturing or heavy industrial environment. Proven experience managing maintenance teams, construction projects, inventory operations, and contractor coordination in a complex industrial setting. Strong background in preventive and predictive maintenance programs for industrial equipment and building infrastructure. Experience with inventory management, space optimization, and logistics in a facility with work-in-progress materials.
