Your Responsibilities Proactively identify and engage key decision-makers and opinion leaders at 2nd pillar asset managers, banks, insurance companies, and major institutional investors across French-speaking Switzerland and beyond Inspire prospective clients with the platform's value proposition and offer dedicated support throughout their daily operations Represent the company at leading industry events and conferences, with a strong focus on the French-speaking region Play an active role in refining and evolving the platform, bringing client insights and market feedback to the product team Continuously monitor market dynamics, client needs, and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities Your Profile Proven experience as a broker in institutional financing or term deposits, or a successful track record in sales within the fintech, banking, or SaaS environment A well-established network among managers overseeing significant liquidity pools Strong understanding of treasury products and the challenges faced by institutional financial market participants Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with a high level of independence Professional fluency in German and English, with French being a strong advantage Practical experience with HubSpot, ideally at both user and superuser levels What We Offer Extensive scope for initiative, impact, and personal responsibility A compelling compensation package combining a competitive base salary with revenue-based incentives A culture of openness, fast decision-making, and direct access to senior leadership
