**Your contribution**

As a Trainee in the Service Portfolio team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Global Service & After-Sales Team. Your responsibilities will include market screening, spare part creation, and proposing innovations to improve knowledge management within the Service department.

**Responsibilities**
- Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Gather intelligence on product and market conditions for business decision-making.
- Analyze digital and traditional service offerings in the Clinical Diagnostics & Life Science instrument market.
- Examine service offerings of adjacent markets and cross-industry.
- Spare Part Creation
- Support the creation of spare parts in Tecan's systems (Windchill, SAP).
- Contribute required information (e.g., packaging, pictures).
- Create spare parts in SAP based on Windchill data.
- Knowledge Management Innovation
- Identify possibilities to improve service manuals and propose ideas to management.
- Develop a concept for centralized, highly effective knowledge management for Service professionals.
