- The Digital Manufacturing Project Manager will be part of the Global Digital Transformation team reporting to the Global Head of Digital Transformation. This team develops and executes the vision and strategy for the digital transformation of the company.
- The owner of the role will closely work together with other key stakeholders across the organization such as Global Operations and Supply Chain, Global IT, as well as regional manufacturing sites. Key responsibilities include the identification of smart manufacturing use cases, the business potential evaluation and subsequent use case implementation.
- While this role also demands strategic thinking skills, the focus is on actual project execution covering implementation of pilot use cases and scaling after successful proof-of-concepts have been delivered.

The Global Digital Manufacturing Manager provides the business leadership to turn our factories into Industry 4.0 powerhouses.

**Das sind Ihre Aufgaben**
- Identify smart manufacturing use cases across the global Habasit manufacturing sites
- Evaluate business case and cost saving potential of identified use cases
- Manage and implement selected use cases in close collaboration with our Global Operations, Global Supply Chain and Global IT teams, as well as with the regional manufacturing sites
- Create strong, trusting relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders
- Drive the cross-functional development of the smart factory infrastructure and architecture from requirements to delivery
- Evaluate technology providers, support making technology choices and manage external partners
- Manage focus, stakeholders, resources, and schedules throughout the entire development life cycle
- Manage issues, risks, and changes to ensure successful and on-time delivery
- Report on business success by closely measuring and reporting KPIs against agreed business growth targets

**Das bringen Sie mit**
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering or other technically relevant field
- Master’s degree is preferred
- At least 5-10 years’ experience as a technical project manager or product owner in the smart manufacturing space
- Hands-on smart manufacturing and/or digital transformation project implementation experience is preferred
- Proven track record of assessing, translating and formulating stakeholder requirements with the ability to derive suitable concepts based on specific customer needs
- Excellent listener and empathetic communicator
- Fluent in both German and English
- Excellent whiteboarding skills
- Experience in working with cross-organizational, global teams
- Innovative thinker with a solution-oriented approach, agile in ways of working
- Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems
