In this role you will be working on the latest digital workplace technologies and trends. The objective of the Digital Workplace and Innovation department is to look at the ABB global digital workplace and identify potential improvements on technology and services. As a member of the team, you will do research, benchmarking to spot ideas for improvements and pitch it to the internal stakeholders that might be interested. As a project manager, you will be responsible for implementing these innovative solutions and coordinate all the necessary activities to build the service and associated technology. Main technologies in the landscape: Microsoft 365, MS Teams, MS Teams Telephony, MS Viva, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Office 365, Walk Me. Main services/projects in the landscape: Copilot for M365, Modern Device as a Service, Modern Endpoint Management, Low Code / No Code solutions, Digital Employee Experience, Telephony, Virtual Desktop. This role reports to Digital Workplace and Innovation Lead.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Preparing a business case, defining the scope of the project, selecting the appropriate methodology and developing a project plan accordingly, ensuring that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, project objectives, applicable quality standards, safety requirements, cost, and scheduling targets.
- Coordinating and prioritizing project tasks, manages timelines, maintains project plans, and communicates status to key stakeholders. Defining jointly with key stakeholders, all project documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.
- Collaborating with our customers and IS departments providing support such as User eXperience, Adoption, Communication or Security.
- Ensuring successful close down of the project, capture and documentation of lessons learned, reporting project performance against plan and expected business outcome.
- Success factors: Business value realization through successful project delivery and implementation. Stakeholders satisfaction with the project outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Serving as the key contact for the project stakeholders, and an escalation point for project issues. Effectively communicates appropriate information to stakeholders promptly and to achieve desired understanding and support.
- Standards, Governance and IS Compliance: Ensuring projects follow sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with standard ABB internal directives and procedures. Ensuring appropriate ABB IS Project Management standards and methods are followed.
- Leadership: Leading the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, al-locating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and/or external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, computer systems, business engineering or similar.
- Proven experience IS Project Methodology, IS Project Governance Model and Agile Project Management.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- ITIL 4 foundation certification is a must.
- IS Project Management toolbox experience.
- Record of successful delivery of products with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodology, optimally within global corporation environment.
- Experience in a global environment is a plus.
- Experience in the digital workplace area is a plus.
