**Your Mission**:
We are hiring a Solution Architect Digital Workplace (in Basel/Bern/Zurich) to work on developing, architecting, and consulting in M365 and SharePoint to deliver modern solutions and services to our customers. You will be exposed to all aspects of solution delivery and will have an opportunity to broaden your skills to other technologies. **What you'll do**:

- Responsible for architecture design, development and delivery of the Microsoft SharePoint and cloud-based solutions at enterprise level, based on our products and M365 stack.
- Provide M365 and SharePoint expertise, conduct workshops and training sessions, planning and managing our clients requirements; analysis, design, scheduling and delivery of solutions to meet customer expectations.
- Configuration of changes on customer environments with our products and identify new opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Custom development for customers within our eco system.
- 3rd Level support for delivered customer solutions.

**What we're looking for**:

- _Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. _
- _Previous experience in a customer facing role including requirements gathering, hosting workshops and other forms of consultancy._
- 5+ years professional experience with.NET, preferably using C#.
- 2+ years professional experience with SharePoint.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills, and ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- Fluent or native German speaker, proficient in spoken and written English. You can also submit your CV in German.

**Nice to have**:

- _Experience with Cloud-native technologies, e.g. Docker, Kubernetes._
- _ Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS and React._
- _ Development experience in _SharePoint Online. _
- _Practical experience with Agile team setups._
- _ Knowledge in scripting with azure-cli, PnP Powershell, Sharepoint Powershell._
