Your contribution to KPMG
Ensure that organizations resources are guided by a value driven business architecture strategy that connects value streams across our different functions (e.g. HR; Finance; Audit), streamlines execution and maximizes investment in technology
Improve strategic technology alignment with business needs to enhance workflows and user experience
Strengthen our capability to manage business challenges by designing practical business solutions
Accelerate the adoption of new and/or enhanced business processes, product management practices and relevant technologies
Ensure adequate business architecture and solutioning talent across the organization
Strengthen relationships with global KPMG network to benefit from integrated value chains, shared resources, and innovative ideas.
Foster a healthy working environment and a continuous learning culture
This is what makes you successful
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Informatics, Business Informatics or similar
6-8 years of experience in strategic design, business capability mapping, value streams, user journeys and process modeling
Leadership skills with strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities
Ability to recognize organization structural issues, functional inter dependencies and cross-silo redundancies that can be addressed with facilitation capabilities that influence cross-functional teams toward a common goal
Strong sense of User-Centricity to understand pain points, behaviors, and preferences
Experience in creating, using and communicating model-based representations of business solutions (Archimate, BPMN, UML)
Ability to collect and correlate disconnected documentation and diagrams and translate them into relevant information that tackle important business issues
Proficient English skills, good German skills are a strong plus
