**Your role**
- Are you looking for a role that allows you to remain hands-on while developing your design and leadership skills to make a strategic impact? Do you have a background in full-stack Java, Azure Cloud and AI-enabled technologies, and a passion for staying technically engaged?
- We're looking for a Solutions Architect to:
- craft and lead: assume a pivotal role in driving forward the quality of our design, engineering and planning capabilities. Provide hands-on support to engineering teams. All leveraging your full-stack Java, Azure Cloud, and AI experience
- architect and innovate: develop and maintain our IT architecture and roadmap. Guide the product design to comply with UBS standards while fostering innovative technology integration
- strategic influence: collaborate closely with our business and technology teams. Stay informed about developments in Legal Technology to align our strategies with emerging trends
- in addition to your primary responsibilities, there's potential to take on chapter leadership, contributing to strategic direction and mentoring within the technology domain, should you possess the skills and desire to lead

**Your team**
- We are building gen A.I. enabled, solutions to help lawyers perform complex analysis, whilst transforming our core services of content management, data & analytics and workflow. We are at the forefront of our competitors in our use of the latest AI capability and we plan to stay there
- You will join the Digital Legal Solutions (DLS) agile delivery stream, a culturally diverse and collaborative group in Switzerland, the UK, the US and India. The role of DLS is to provide seamless global solutions to our stakeholders in Group Legal including General Counsel. As a member of the Solutions Architecture Chapter, you will collaborate within small teams to design solutions and provide technical leadership. Additionally, you will drive initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall design capabilities within the stream.

**Your expertise**
- proficiency with Scrum or other Agile frameworks, ensuring robust project delivery
- DevOps understanding and experience from the process perspective (in addition to tooling)
- experiencing of using the DORA framework to analyze and prioritize improvements to a team's delivery flow would be an asset
- degree in Computer Science related field, or similar vocational qualification/s
