Job summary

Do you want to help our customers to adopt new operation models, build micro-service architectures, leverage serverless computing and moving their infrastructure into the AWS cloud? Do you have a unique combination of deep technical knowledge, business acumen and strong interpersonal skills? Do you like learning new things everyday and work with cutting edge technologies?
**Responsibilities**:
- Establish technical credibility in sales cycles
- Run technical workshops and advise customers on architectural and strategic IT decisions
- Educate customers on best practices to ensure their solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud
- Work with other AWS teams to drive adoption of Cloud services in Switzerland
- Capture and share knowledge with our broader Solution Architect community
- Develop technical content (such as blog-posts, white papers and reference architectures) to convey best practices using AWS
- Participate in evangelising AWS at events, user groups, and hackathons
- Share customer feedback to internal product management and engineering teams to help drive the future of AWS
- Domestic travel up to 30%
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services or any other cloud service platform
- Experience in a customer-facing, account management-aligned role such as consultant, solutions engineer or solutions architect
- A Masters Degree in computer science, MIS, engineering or equivalent technical degree
