**Your role**
- Are you a digital assets expert? Are you experienced in managing global wealth management projects? Do you want to play a key role in bringing the digital assets capabilities within UBS GWM to the next level?
- We’re looking for a Project Manager Digital Assets to:
- support driving UBS GWM’s accelerating activities in the areas of asset tokenization, CBDC, cryptos, etc.
- work with a cross-regional/divisional project team defining a digital assets roadmap with maximum impact not only for the GWM division but for the UBS Group as a whole
- support the execution on the digital assets roadmap in a pragmatic and hands-on way while ensuring compliance with risk and security policies at all times
- Act as product SME, building awareness and educating UBS GWM stakeholders
- proactively connect with startups and tech companies from the digital assets space and assess, initiate, and manage external partnerships

- You’ll be working in the Front-to-Back Digitalization team in Zurich, which shapes the future of the UBS GWM Client Experience by designing and delivering innovative digital solutions across our client needs streams. Plus, you will be a key member of the GWM Digital Assets Spoke as part of the group-wide Digital Assets Initiative and as such work closely together with the Digital Assets Center of Excellence and other Digital Assets Spokes.

**Your expertise**
- deep expertise around cryptos, DeFi, NFT, Web3, blockchain ecosystems, etc. with hands-on experience with blockchain technologies
- talent to explain/ teach complex digital assets topics to a wide range of GWM employees in an easy-to-understand way
- good understanding of wealth management products and services, front processes, risks, regulatory requirements, UBS WM Diploma is a plus
- experience in managing projects in an international wealth management context; ideally on-site in different regions
- agile delivery skills; Scrum Master certification is a plus
- university degree, preferably in banking / finance / economics, information technology, or a related discipline; an MBA is a plus
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality
- proficient language skills in English; German is a plus
