Tokenization is one of Sygnum’s key strategic pillars and we are operating a seamlessly integrated, regulated end-to-end tokenization solution creating the means to bring issuers and investors together more easily, rapidly and at much lower costs. We currently focus on creating unique investments opportunities in Private Markets and Art & Collectibles.

**What we offer**
- Act as client-facing Project Manager for relevant tokenization projects across our two investments verticals: Private Markets and Art & Collectibles
- Drive the acquisition and execution of new tokenization projects and token issuances
- Support build-up of more standardized off-the-shelf tokenization offering incl. related strategy and sales materials
- Ideally, originate new business from existing (issuer) network and place deals in existing (investor) network
- Create sales and marketing material to commercialize Sygnum’s tokenization offering
- Support the business unit’s strategy development process considering the latest market, technical and regulatory developments
- Act as independent problem-solver and caretaker for a variety of topics for the benefit of the team and our clients

**What you offer**
- At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience in Consulting, Corporate Finance or Banking (M&A Boutique, MBB, Investment Bank, Venture Capital/Private Equity Fund, Big 4 company)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English (and ideally German)
- Great team player with can-do-attitude able to drive own projects very independently
- Master’s degree from a recognized university in the field of business, finance, or economics
- Hands-on experience with tokenization and/or DLT would be an advantage
- Broad network on the issuer and investor side preferred
