Tasks

Job description
- Lead the design team from the definition of product architecture to its design and implementation.
- Coordinate and manage the R&D teams, including electronics, firmware, mechanics and production teams.
- Plan milestones and budgets for development and production.
- Manage and optimize the production and its processes.
- Communicate with external R&D partners, suppliers and manufacturers.
- Develop and coordinate production testing.
- Monthly, quarterly KPI results and gap consolidation.

**Requirements**:
Required Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Electronics with profound, 15+ years industrial experience in modern FPGA-based or Microprocessor-based embedded system design.
- Expert understanding of mechanics and electronics processes and work flows and co-integration into a product.
- Expert understanding of production-related processes and work flows.
- Fluency in English.
- Great team spirit, outstanding

personality and strong will to lead a group of engineers in a fast-paced
environment.
- Initiative, independence and ability to communicate and work effectively with other team members in a multicultural and international environment.

Additional Qualifications
- Fluency in German.
- Firmware design (C/VHDL).
- Knowledge of Matlab and/or Python.
