**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- As a Senior Communications Professional, you position Julius Baer as a personal, trusted, forward-thinking Wealth Manager with exclusive focus on HNWI and UHNWI
- You collaborate with your Corporate Communications colleagues and our Subject Matter Experts to develop a convincing corporate narrative, showcasing how our solid foundations, our care for personal connections and international network are benefitting our clients and create value beyond wealth
- You develop key messages to underpin our strategy and achievements, integrate them into our different corporate communications assets (e.g. our Business Review and our website) and ensure consistent use
- You create and plan thought leadership concepts, keeping our purpose and business strategy clearly in mind. You craft and curate compelling content which supports our strong reputation as a trusted partner to our clients, enabling them to grow, protect and pass on their wealth
- You do research for, edit and ghost-write bylined articles, personal notes and speeches for different occasions (e.g. financial results, AGM, industry conferences) and different media (owned, paid or earned) for senior executives and prepare them to discuss these topics with stakeholders
- You partner with our Social Media and Internal Communications team to leverage multiple channels (e.g. intranet, corporate website, social media) as part of the thought leadership activities

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- University degree or higher education
- Good knowledge of the financial service sector (private banking would be advantageous)
- Several years of experience in corporate communications (including in an editorial team)
- Comprehensive track record as a journalist and business writer (English)
- Experienced in dealing with and advising senior management
- English native speaker, good knowledge of German; additional languages are an asset
- A keen interest in staying abreast with key developments in the financial service sector
- A team-oriented and resilient personality with excellent social skills and poise
- Precise, reliable and efficient way of working
- High degree of flexibility and commitment
