**Your role**
- Do you have a way with words? Can you take complex information and translate it into easy-to-understand speeches and stories? Are you used to working with senior executives?
- We’re looking for someone like that who can help us:
- identify, propose, write and edit a broad variety of executive-level communications for internal and external audiences globally, including:

- speeches
- talking points
- op-eds
- letters
- management/organizational announcements
- client and employee communications
- social media posts
- advise stakeholders and work with them to identify and develop key messages in the appropriate tone of voice
- work closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure consistent messaging and facilitate the sharing of information/speeches/content
- provide on-site event management and oversight of video shoots (Zurich)
- establish and maintain excellent working relationships with communications, business and legal partners

**Your expertise**
- five or more years of speechwriting and/or communications experience within financial services - with a focus on strategy, sustainability and culture
- a degree in communications or journalism or English literature or equivalent professional work experience with demonstrated success
- proven speechwriting skills with experience supporting CEO and C-level executives within financial services and technology industry
- a track record of writing opinion editorials for executives on banking topics and for financial sector publications (The Financial Times, The Economist, etc.)
- a great storyteller and excellent copywriter with exceptional English language writing and editing skills (you have crafted engaging stories for corporate publications like an Annual Review)
- experience in developing video scripts and working with graphic design teams to develop complementary visuals
- strong advisory skills and ability to embrace diverse perspectives (you have worked in different markets around the globe and work well with all levels)
- highly flexible and comfortable working with ambiguity, frequently changing timeframes and short deadlines
