**OEM Sales Manager & Segment Manager**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- Build, maintain and develop close relationship with key customers and key decision makers, establish near connections to different levels in customer’s organization.
- Listen and understand customer needs and pain points, liaise between the customer and different Division functions to help customer to overcome their challenges.
- Create added value for the customer and ABB by ensuring a coordinated sales approach (e.g., frame agreements, AVL related actions).
- Maximize the potential of the IEC Low Voltage Motors by leveraging ABB strengths and capturing new opportunities.
- Secure Order Intake, contribution margin and profitable growth from selected key customers, optimize and increase Share of Wallet annually, produce an annual business plan how this will be achieved.
- Enhance sales productivity and efficiency, make decisions in the best interest of the business.
- Lead a dedicated account team with representatives from the Local Sales Units.
- Work together with Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers and Local Sales Units, be central point of contact for business development activities for selected key customers, initiate and drive Customer Project cases.

**Your background**:

- Minimum of 5-8 years of strong background in IEC Low Voltage Motors (MOIM) or relevant Division
- Strategic thinking, competence in analyzing and managing complex business situations
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Team Building & Networking capability
- Great self-confidence, self-determination, stress tolerance
- Full availability for International travel
