We are looking for a passionate and talented Junior B2B Sales Advisor to help us deliver the best sales experience.
About You
Tasks
**Responsibilities**:
- Support and guide prospects and leads throughout the whole sales process (from leasing request to contract signature)
- Manage Manage the shared inbox and ensure requests are answered in a timely manner
- Manage the B2B sales pipelines in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Take care of credit checks, document sanity checks and additional document requests
- Communicate with our partners such as Migros Bank AG,dealerships and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) such as Tesla.
- Manage status updates in our partners’ systems
- Create leasing contracts and support customers in the signature process
- Participate in daily sales kickoffs, team events and sales workshops
- Actively seek customer feedback and share it with other departments to help improve customer experience, our products and processes
- Provide insights and suggestions to optimise processes and solutions for internal stakeholders as well as customers in regards to the sales process.
**Requirements**:
Must-have
- Successfully completed an apprenticeship in economics or similar
- Excellent communication skills and ability to understand people’s needs
- You are an open, honest, transparent and trustworthy person, and a teamplayer
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
- Full proficiency in German and English, other languages are a plus
- Interest in the automotive industry
Nice-to-have
- Experience working with a CRM system (ideally HubSpot)
- B2B sales experience
- Background in the automotive industry
