**Project**: For our client, a large pharmaceutical company based in Kaiseraugst, we are looking for a production expert (M/F/d).

Become part of our team and, as a Production Expert, help us meet the highest standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply over 120 countries with high-quality, sterile biologics products As a Production Expert, you and your colleagues will share technical responsibility for the CoRE (Compounding, Raw Materials, Equipment) production area within Sterile Filling.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the timely manufacture of product solutions used to produce commercial, sterile biologics products, such as liquid vials and syringes.
- Operate production equipment, weighing and checking raw materials to ensure that manufactured batches contain the correct ingredients and quantities.
- Perform in-process testing (IPC) of manufactured product solutions to ensure batches meet specifications.
- Assist in the validation of processes directly related to manufacturing, including cleaning and sterilization.
- Document activities according to GMP requirements.
- Ensure a cleanroom environment that complies with regulatory requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and standard operating procedures.
- Execute process improvements and adapt specification documents using LPS tools.

**Must-Haves**:

- Completed vocational training as a pharmaceutical or chemical technologist or comparable qualification (pharmaceutical/technology/mechanics/automation).
- At least 3 years of experience in the manufacture of sterile medicinal products and experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment (work/documentation).
- Willingness to work in a shift model and assume on-call duty
- Fluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite.
