Production employee packaging

Background:
The Kaiseraugst production site is responsible for the manufacture and packaging of sterile
medicines and supplies the global market with biopharmaceutical products. As a
production expert (m/f/d) in the packaging department, you will be responsible for
all technical and operational aspects of the complex systems entrusted to you. In your role, you will work closely with the
production units in the value stream and local interfaces. A willingness to
work across departments is a given. As a team player, you are open to new ideas, have an
agile and creative mindset, work in a solution-oriented manner, have an open mindset, and think end-to-end.
The perfect candidate will have completed technical training and have more than 3 years of
professional experience in production in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. In addition, the person will be
proficient in the use of standard PC programs and have fluent written and spoken German skills.
Main tasks and areas of responsibility:
Professional operation of the systems in the area of responsibility
Support in the professional troubleshooting of malfunctions in highly automated systems
Identification, analysis, and evaluation of system malfunctions
Ensuring and optimizing system availability
Working in accordance with regulatory requirements
Working safely in a GMP environment
GMP-compliant documentation
Training employees in the use of the systems
Collaborating in the continuous optimization of processes and systems
Planning, monitoring, processing, and coordinating the necessary measures to maintain the
condition of the systems in compliance with change management
Independently performing changeover work (format changes)
Willingness to work in 3 shifts
Self-organized work and living the LEAN philosophy
Must-haves:
Completed technical training
1-3 years of professional experience in production, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or in a highly
regulated environment (food industry)
Confident use of standard PC programs (MS Office and Google)
Fluent written and spoken German
Technical understanding and an independent, communicative, resilient, and flexible
personality, enjoyment of independent work, responsibility and team player
Forward thinking and acting, as well as strong conceptual skills
Precise and reliable way of working, even under time pressure
Nice to have:
LPS (Lean Production System) knowledge
Handling key figures, e.g. OEE
