**What you’ll do**
- As a
- **Digital Maintenance & Production Exper**t, you’ll be a key part of our diverse digital workforce and ensure that DSM will make a big shift in agile way of working.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Shape new opportunities, identify potential impact on processes and translate them into digital solutions.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and desired capabilities.
- Turn aligned requirements into clear user stories and ensure a successful delivery of solutions.
- Execute the functional solution design considering customer & user experience, target audiences, data modelling and relationships.

**You bring**:

- Several years working experience within a GxP digital maintenance and operations environment.
- A solid understanding of digital maintenance and operations processes and tools.
- Implementation Experience with SAP PM, PP and QM. Knowledge in context with LIMS, SCADA, MES, PLC, Computer System Validation, system interfacing, labelling solutions, barcoding, and scanning of advantage.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (network, middleware technology, cyber security aspects).
- Customer-driven (outside-in); Strong ability to own and drive initiatives
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with business or technical focus.
- Fluent in English, preferrably German or French skills
