**Project**:
For our customer, a large pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for a production expert freeze-drying line expert (M/F/d).

**Description**:
The production expert is responsible for operating the production facilities in accordance with GMP and carrying out order and batch changes. The production expert is responsible for processing production orders in accordance with GMP. This includes coordinating all activities on the production lines, fully and correctly documenting and balancing production orders, and monitoring compliance with all relevant regulations. If deviations from the applicable regulations are identified, they must be corrected immediately and reported to the Process Unit Lead and/or Compliance Team without delay.

**Tasks & responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the quality of the production steps
- Monitoring the operational and functional safety of the production and inspection systems
- Coordinating and carrying out activities in accordance with applicable GMP regulations.
- Operating the production and inspection systems and the associated IT systems.
- Equipping the production and inspection systems with material.
- Carrying out and monitoring the controls within the production orders.
- Processing checklists
- Logging the processes, activities and special features
- Supporting activities during disruptions in collaboration with interfaces such as
- for example the technology or compliance team.
- Supporting troubleshooting on the production and inspection systems.
Must Haves:

- Experience in sterile production or packaging, preferably in the pharmaceutical or GMP sector
- Completed vocational training, technical training an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German
- GMP knowledge
- Team player
- Basic technical and IT understanding
