**Project**:
For our client Roche Pharma (Switzerland) AG, we are seeking a dedicated Production Expert (M/F/d) in the Inspection team (EB) - KAU at the Kaiseraugst site.
In this role, you will contribute significantly to ensuring patient care by being responsible for the visual inspection of vials, pre-filled syringes, and lyophilized products, thus actively supporting compliance with the highest quality standards in a GMP environment.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out manual visual inspection
- Visual inspection of liquid vials, pre-filled syringes and lyo vials
- GMP-compliant Documentation
- Automatic inspection support of the inspection machine

**Requirements**:

- Completed vocational training
- 6 months experience in visual inspection
- Good IT skills
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- Passed eye test (Roche)
- Willingness to work shifts (no night shifts)
- Communicative and highly committed to the position and the employer
- Awareness of the high demands and importance of the activity
- Willingness for open communication (including error culture)
- Resilience and flexibility
- Openness to new things
- Solution-oriented and creative thinking
- Willingness to work in a team and coach each other
