**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, The IS Project Management Foundation Services and Assessment Lead ensures consistent adoption of project management and project assessment for Core IS and Business Area IS. They empower the practice of the project management framework and methodology across ABB IS which provides the guidance materials for implementing business initiatives, thereby enabling project planning, execution, and the realization of the associated benefits The work model for the role is Hybrid #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Core IS services in SGE - IS Portfolio Management. Location-TBD, Global. You will be mainly accountable for: - Enabling efficient project planning and delivery through a standardized Project Management Framework and Methodology - Reducing the risk of failing IS Audit, by providing a common ruleset for all IS projects - Enabling project delivery by providing up-to-date practice guidelines, templates and checklists reflecting the latest changes in organizational, compliance and regulatory requirements - Promoting project management practices by maintaining and facilitating PM Communities across multiple IS organizations. - Single point of contact for the project management community, and as escalation point for framework and methodology issues - Managing complex stakeholders' expectations and relationships across Business Area IS and Core IS functions - Leading and inspires the project management communities through exemplary behavior and committed collaboration - Shares knowledge and experience with Project Managers

**Qualifications for the role**:

- 10+ years of relevant experience in project management
- 8+ years general management experience
- Good to have PMP or Prince 2 practitioner certified
- ABB IS Project Assessor certified
- ABB IS Project Management level 2 or level 3 or Equivalent certifications preferred.
- Agile Certification preferred
- ITIL certification preferred
