**This position reports to**:
IT Service Management Team Leader

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define a planning strategy that includes a full list of activities that are important for the management of project, to decide on a project delivery methodology (waterfall, agile, etc.), and to align with stakeholders. Each day, you will plan, schedule, coordinate, and deliver the Information Systems (IS) project outcomes within agreed time, scope, cost, and agreed quality. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating appropriate information to stakeholders promptly to achieve desired understanding and support and effectively managing stakeholders' expectations and relationships. This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area - Smart Power Division/Information Systems and the work model for the role is: hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: - Defining all project documents (jointly with key stakeholders) including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans. - Using knowledge and experience to forecast contingencies at the initial stages of the project, assessing the availability of information and the risks and issues that may arise during the project and deciding on the best approach to proceed. - Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow. - Executing IS project communications and reporting IS project performance against the plan and expected business outcome. - Coordinating and overseeing release management activities, including planning release schedules, managing release cycles, and ensuring smooth deployment of software updates and new features across relevant systems and environments. - Collaborating with development teams, quality assurance, and operations to establish and maintain efficient release processes, including version control, change management, and rollback procedures to minimize disruptions and ensure successful implementations. - Ensuring compliance with Information Systems project frameworks and processes.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- You have Master degree in Computer Science or related field and/or have a demonstrated track record in IT Project Management or IT Service Management
- You are immersed in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, delivering services best in the Electrification market
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of MyService tool and Jira
- You are independent, reliable and with ability to work under time pressure
- You are at ease communicating in English
- Knowledge of SOX compliance is a plus
