- Project Planning & Execution: Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables within the banking and asset management sectors. Develop comprehensive project plans, managing timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, clarify project goals, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, maintaining robust risk logs and implementing contingency strategies when necessary.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring that milestones and deliverables are met on time.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with relevant banking and asset management regulations, embedding compliance considerations into project workflows.
- Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress against key metrics, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. Produce detailed project status reports and manage escalation of issues.
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and maintain cost controls to ensure financial efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Conduct post-project evaluations to identify best practices and opportunities for continuous improvement in project management processes.

**Required profile.**:
**How do we imagine our future Project Manager?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, specifically within the financial services industry, with a focus on banking and/or asset management.
- Strong understanding of financial products, asset management practices, and banking operations.
- Excellent project management skills, with proven experience in delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Proficiency with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach to managing project risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are preferred but not required.
- German fluency a plus
