**This position reports to**:
IS Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead/manage/supervise a function/organization/department/team in the development, and/or implementation and/or execution in their own area of responsibility. Each day, you will be accountable for the delivery of solutions, and enhancements, creating technology roadmaps that align organizational plans with emerging technology solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring efficient service capabilities. The work model for the role is #LI #Onsite This role is contributing to the IS Services in India or Globally. You will be mainly accountable for: - Responsible for dealing with all large supplier contracts and thus enabling successful delivery of projects on portfolio - Responsible for negotiations and relationship-building with strategic providers - Maintenance of a short list of preferred vendors, including their capabilities and quotes in order to execute strategy - Design and develop vendor management function (e.g. vendor performance KPIs and targets) through standardized methodologies, tools and training - Review vendor performance and identify ways to improve performance - Is accountable for establishing and maintaining the vendor ecosystem based on the Vendor Management Governance Model. - Process Owner for the process Supplier Relationship Management and Contract Management. - Defines, in close consultation with the business areas, countries, and regions, an appropriate organizational structure to support the execution of the business's strategies, aligned with the corporate goals, imperatives, and guidelines. - Establishes, maintains, and communicates the organization’s strategy for managing information and the policies, standards, procedures, and methods necessary to implement the strategy in the department of responsibility. - Accountable for the delivery of capabilities, solutions, and enhancements, creating technology roadmaps that align organizational plans with emerging technology solutions.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or other related field, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience in IT Asset and Vendor Management, Procurement with 7years expereince in a leadership role.
- ITIL-4- it is good to have this certification.
