Proclinical are recruiting a Construction Manager for a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a contract basis. For more information, please get in touch now

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide external planning teams and construction organisations allocated to the clients where not scope of EPCM.
- Handle all of the client's own work and arrange them with the allocated EPCM organisation, which involves mechanical, electrical, ductwork.
- Analyse contractor turnover documentation for precision against the approved design and resolve punches with the individual contractors.
- You will be responsible system walkdowns to accomplish mechanical achievement and drive punch list to closure with EPCM and individual contractor organisations.
- Arrange and control the service suppliers and providers, the individual work steps and the material flows.
- Guarantee that the project goals costs, deadlines, quality and safety of designated construction projects are completed.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level in a civil engineering, architecture or any other pertinent engineering field.
- At least 10 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Familiarity handling large industrial construction projects.
- Acquaintance with handling pharmaceutical construction projects, which involves cleanroom construction up to GMP grade C (ISO 8).
- Expertise on Navis Works 3D building information management software as well as of project scheduling with the use of primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Know-how of clean and black utility needs for the biopharmaceutical organisation.
- Attains a structure way of thinking with the ability to resolve issues.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Works well with others.
- Fluency in the German and English language.
