**Your tasks / field of activity**:
- Ensuring and continuously optimizing occupational safety, health protection and the environment (EHS) in projects and operations
- Developing and implementing safety, environmental and risk management concepts and monitoring compliance with legal and operational regulations
- Carrying out risk assessments, audits and training to promote a proactive safety culture
- Creation of construction site safety concepts and close cooperation with authorities, specialist departments and internal stakeholders
- Analysis of accidents and incidents, development of preventive measures and identification and implementation of improvements in environmental protection and resource conservation
**Your profile**:
- Technical or trade training with further training in EHS (e.g. ASGS, EKAS) and sound experience in occupational safety, health protection and environmental management
- Knowledge of relevant regulations (ArgV, EKAS, SUVA, SIA standards) and confident use of MS Office, CAD knowledge an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German, English desirable
- Analytical, independent and structured way of working with high communication skills and assertiveness
- Flexibility with regard to traveling / working at the customer's premises
