For our site in Visp we are currently looking for a Project Handover Manager (M/F/d). In this role, you will manage the handover process of CAPEX projects to operations, to guarantee GMP compliance of documentation and installations, safe operation of the assets and operability of the manufacturing units. Major focus will be on utilities, infrastructure and shared areas but also manufacturing modules.

Key responsibilities:

- Engage with CAPEX project teams on all levels and operations early in the process
- General overview of the projects, concepts, documentation, installations; coordination of handover documentation (project, ops engineering, operations)
- Moderate between the projects and the future owners of the facilities and represent the interests of operations
- Organize and ensure that the necessary risk analyses are carried out with the correct participants
- For new projects ensure the segregation of construction sites to the operational area (personnel and material flow) to assure GMP compliance
- Ensure the concept defined by the project management is consistent e.g. separation operations / project

Key requirements:

- University Degree with the major in Bio/Pharmaceutical Technology or Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Good experience in managing large projects in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent experience in Plant Qualification (CQV) under GMP requirements
- Technical understanding of plant construction, plant engineering and operational requirements
- Knowledge of project documentation processes; QA and QC background knowledge
- Flawless communication with internal interfaces and departments
- Solution-oriented, structured and independent way of working
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in German and English
