Client Service Manager M/w

For our business unit Client Group Core in Switzerland (based in Geneva or Zurich) we are looking for a Client Service Manager:

- Central contact person for our wholesale and institutional clients based in the Suisse Romandie
- Maintain and develop our key client relationships in close cooperation with the sales team, ensuring a high service standard with the aim of long-term client retention
- Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed about investment performance and ensure early identification of concerns
- Proactively support the sales team, including the development of business opportunities. This includes coordinating and preparing presentations, marketing materials and client meetings
- Coordination of RfPs during market searches and support of contractual matters
- Provide support to the marketing team such as planning and executing events
- Client data maintenance in the global database and other relevant internal systems
- Compliance with our group and regulators' standards, including client KYC/AML documentation
- Support the team and the business on select projects related to client service and their respective processes
- Actively interact with internal departments and specialists both domestically and internationally

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in finance, business administration or similar, or a solid banking background
- Experience in client service and/or investment fund business
- Good know-how in capital markets, financial products and portfolio management
- Strong client and service orientation
- Very good communication skills, negotiation skills and persuasiveness
- Experience in handling as well as facilitating reporting and communication processes
- Ability to work constructively with different cultures and languages and to communicate in a targeted manner
- Good time management skills, as well as the ability to work successfully under time pressure to a high standard of quality. Reliable and result-oriented, coupled with organizational and coordination skill
- Team-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, diligent, goal-oriented, and willing to take responsibility for own actions
- Fluent in French and English; German an advantage
