Are you curious, proactive and always striving to bring positive impact to clients? - We’re looking for a client account manager to: - manage daily business providing high quality service for our sophisticated HNW clients - be the point of entry for processing and monitoring client orders (e.g. payments, foreign exchange, loans and deposits, ordering of credit cards, etc.) - research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner - support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience - support client advisors in administrative tasks, manage opening of client relations, accounts and products by adhering to the all relevant cross border policies - coordinate activities related to Italian Fiduciary Companies (e.g. UBS Fiducaria) and Life Insurance Companies (e.g. Octium) - collaborate actively cross location with CST Teams in Lugano and Chiasso and our main partners (Front Support Office, Service Line and PQS) **Your team** - You’ll be working in the Client Service Team Italy International in Zurich. You'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services and become a trusted client account manager for our sophisticated clients. You’ll be part of the client service team and closely collaborate with client advisors, relationship manager, desk head and PQS. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey. The CST Italy Zurich reports directly to the Desk Head of the Desk Italy Zurich, is integrated also physically directly within the Desk and has a dotted reporting line to the CST Head located in Lugano. The CST Teams in Zurich, Lugano and Chiasso are collaborating very tightly and support and deputize each other’s. **Your expertise** - financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry - solid comprehension of financial products and solutions like deposit, banking, brokerage, custody, investment and credit products - able to utilize tools and resources to service clients as efficiently as possible - sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results - confident, motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment - excellent language skills in Italian (oral and written) are mandatory, further languages are an asset **About us** - UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
