Do you want to be part of a successful and demanding team? - We’re looking for a Client Account Manager to: - support our Client Advisors in delivering exceptional service and experience for our Wealth Management clients in South East Asia - be responsible for all administrative matters in relation to account opening and maintenance, due diligence and monitoring activities - work together with our Client Advisors to review portfolios and prepare investment proposals for our clients - follow and adhere to the UBS code of ethics and the Cross Border regulations everyday **Your team** - "You’ll be working in the Wealth Management Asia Pacific Team in Zurich or in Geneva, covering clients domiciled in South East Asia who bank and book their assets with UBS Switzerland AG. Our Team has colleagues in both locations, so you can be based in Zurich or Geneva. - Our team consists of 10 Client Advisors in 3 clusters, supported by 8 Client Account Managers in our Client Service Team. In our desk, we speak Thai, Mandarin, Hindi, English, German as well as French. - As a Client Account Manager, you'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services. We work closely with various departments within Wealth Management to ensure the best service for our clients. - Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey." **Your expertise** - "- a banking education (apprenticeship and/or banking traineeship), a bachelor's degree in a related discipline or alternatively some previous experience within a Wealth Management client facing team- a flexible and reliable team player with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues and clients with different cultures - able to work accurately and efficiently to handle tight deadlines - an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style and a good judgment when dealing with sensitive information - a passion for financial markets and investments and know-how to review portfolios and prepare investment proposals gained from previous experience within Wealth Management would be a plus - fluent in German and English is a must, additional Swiss-German or Thai language skills is highly preferred.
