**Your role**

- We’re looking for a client account manager to:
- be a point-of-entry concerning a wide range of queries relating to topics such as general banking services, accounts, stock orders, payments, various digital topics etc.
- free-up time for the Client Advisors by executing client requests front-to-back
- embrace change and flexibility, collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Global Wealth Management Front Support Office team in Zurich. We have established a hybrid working model - a mixture of work at the office and work from home. As client account manager you'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey; and free up valuable time for Client advisors..

**Your expertise**
- profound knowledge of banking services, ideally within a client facing team
- unyielding attention to detail and risk, even when under pressure
- determined team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
- works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands
- eager to work in a dynamic, demanding and constantly changing work environment
- fluent in English (any other language like German, Greek, Russian or Hebrew a plus)
