For our Pharma client, we are looking for a Customer Care Representative, who speaks fluent French and Italian

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Providing customer service support to wholesalers, hospitals, doctors, and pharmacies via various sales channels.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns
- Working collaboratively with internal departments, such as SCM/O2C heads and teammates, Local and Global SAP- and IT-Support, Global Project Teams, Commercial, Sales, and Sales Force.
- Issuing invoices and credit notes, including bonus statements for wholesalers, invoicing for congress participation, credits for cost sharing, and processing sample orders, considering Swissmedic's quota requirements.
- Providing support from the Shared Service Center regarding inquiries about the Swiss market.
- Assisting in monitoring/adherence to credit limits, processing reminders, and collection of receivables.

**What you bring**:

- Pharmaceutical assistant/druggist or basic commercial training or experience as a customer service clerk, preferably in the healthcare area (e.g., doctor's office, hospital).
- Good IT skills (SAP R/3, CRM, MS Office) and a high level of service orientation, both internally and externally.
- Very good knowledge of French and Italian and basic knowledge of German (for internal communication). English is an advantage.
