- CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & DIGITAL ASSOCIATE (m/w/d)AUFGABEN:
- Consumer Care:
- Bearbeitung von Verbraucheranfragen und Sicherstellung für einen erstklassigen
Kundendienst- Koordination interner Prozesse im Zusammenhang mit Produktreklamationen
mit internen Stakeholdern- Leitung einer externen Agentur zur Abdeckung der Consumer Care Hotline
während Abwesenheiten- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Global Consumer Care (GCC) mit Sitz in der Westschweiz
- Koordination des externen Consumer Service Center
- Schulung von Call-Center-Agenten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Zentrale
CX & Digital Support:
- Budget
- und Verwaltungsunterstützung- Verantwortlich für die Koordination einer externen Marketingagentur, die alle
Belohnungen und Gadgets abdeckt, die wir auf allen digitalen Plattformen verwenden
- Projekt
- & Technisches Management der Employee Shop Plattform- Erstellung von Consumer Care relevanten Berichten
- Allgemeine Teamunterstützung bei der Entwicklung digitaler Kampagnen
ANFORDERUNGEN:
- Abschluss als Marketingfachmann-/frau oder Bachelor in Wirtschaft/Marketing
- 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Marketing und Vertrieb
- Affinität zu digitalen Technologien und konsumentenzentriertes Denken
- Proaktiver Teamplayer, schneller Lernen, offen für das Lernen und Starten einer
Karriere in einem internationalen Unternehmen- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse (C1-C2 Niveau) und Englisch (B2 Niveau)
