For our client an international pharmaceutical company based in the Rotkreuz region we are looking for a Point of Care International Product Manager (Services).

**Point of Care International Product Manager (Services)**:
**Background**

The goal of Roche Point of Care products is to help both healthcare professionals and patients achieve improved clinical and health-economic outcomes. Roche Point of Care does this by delivering robust, connected, easy to use point-of-care solutions outside the central lab, providing immediate results and thus allowing treatment decisions to be made more quickly - inside or outside the hospital. Roche Point of Care delivers those solutions meeting the clinical need for quick and accurate test results delivered where needed, when needed; on the device, in the electronic healthcare record on a patient/ward monitor, to the clinician on the move and directly to the patient. While the responsibility for providing the service is in the hands of professionals, we also provide IT tools to be able to control all aspects of testing to ensure quality patient care.

**Task and Responsibilites**
- Maintain routine aspects of product lifecycle (i.e. manage quality, supply)
- Continuous monitoring of product (line) success (sales/cost) throughout lifecycle
- Provision of on-market product support and guidance to the affiliates
- Coordinate feedback with countries, customers around product lifecycle related topics
- Development of key messages, tactical / strategic marketing plans/tools/activities and communication of product positioning and in alignment with Branding
- Coordination of feedback with countries / customers around specific marketing activities / projects
- Identification of new market opportunities based on market, customer and competitive data analysis

**You must have these qualifications**
- University Degree in Science, Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field
- Min. 5 years experience in the medical device industry, preferably in product management, marketing or sales
- Experience in working in a complex and dynamic matrix environment with diverse colleagues/functions
- Strong communication skills and solution oriented mindset
- Good knowledge of Google-Suite and MS-Office
- Internationally minded with interest in interacting with multiple cultures and different type of organizations
- Written and spoken proficiency in English is mandatory, other languages skills are an advantage
- Ability to lead via influence, demonstrated effectiveness
- Ability to resolve conflicts and adapt to change

**Nice to haves**
- Prior experience in Point of Care
