The role of the **Sales Representative** (80% Romandie / Tessin; 100% German-speaking Switzerland) is to discuss in-label scientific data to promote the prescription of hemato-oncology prescription drug Blenrep, the first available anti-BCMA, to office
- and hospital-based oncologists and hematologists. We are looking for one sales Rep for the German speaking part where fluent German language skills will be required and the second will be for the French-Italian speaking part of Switzerland.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all activities and plans are executed in alignment with GSK’s high ethics and compliance standards and all applicable local legal requirements and regulations.
- Drive optimal Blenrep usage in the German or French-speaking-part of Switzerland respectively by effectively communicating its value proposition
- Engage and develop all relevant accounts/customers in the territory, leveraging digital and f2f channels equally, targeting customers in line with company strategy and individual customer needs.
- Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure the promotion of Blenrep and company image.
- Effectively use a Customer Relationship Model (CRM) system for communication and documentation purposes and to strategically analyze the market and prioritize necessary action.
- Update and improvement of the target audience and their segmentation
- Accurately plan commercial meetings and events, including roundtables, commercial AdBoards, in the territory utilizing available resources to deliver activities that drive sales and high impact.
- Take leadership in developing the region in charge off: create and implement a Regional Business Plan, consisting off account plans, that are co-developed with the respective medical team counterpart
- Contribute to the development of Brand Strategy

Why you?_**
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **
University degree or vocational degree in life science or health care**:

- Good understanding of / Experience in oncology and/ or hematology
- SHOG or equivalent certification
- Understanding of all key stakeholders (clinical and payor) and the local healthcare system (including access and routes to market) for the assigned territory and products.
- 1 year as a local therapeutic specialist / sales representative in the pharmaceutical industry, including as a successful hospital specialist in oncology, haematology, or specialty care/rare diseases.
- Driver’s licence, digital affinity and the ability and desire to work and travel as appropriate in a field-based, customer-facing, both virtual/ remote and face-to-face role.
- Proven experience of working in a compliant manner and always acting in accordance with relevant regulations and applicable laws.
- Native German or Native French and good practise of English and French, resp. German
