Regional Commercial Optimization Manager

Join our team as a Regional Commercial Optimization Manager (M/F/d) and drive business growth and efficiency across the region. **Your key responsibilities**
- Joint responsibility of commercial execution of pricing (floors and PIP prices) and margins, together with Global Commercial Business Optimization
- Focus on Solutions, steering to grow demand generation and profitability via pricing management
- Key role in targeting of premix customers and premix segments with AM/Sales Managers/GM’s to ensure agreed Premix Volumes and MM objectives are met
- Deep dive analytics on pricing, volumes, sales, profitability, capacities utilization, premix network optimization and premix standardization
- Analytical support for specific commercial optimization projects

**You bring**
- Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree in economics, Science, Engineering, or MBA is a plus
- 10+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, International Trade, or Finance
- 5+ years of experience working in and across multi-disciplinary, diverse teams in large organizations
- Proven analytical skills, with experience working with processes and systems
- Experience in managing others
