**Regional Technical Manager - EMEA**

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Regional Technical Manager for Europe based in our Global R&D Center. In this role, you will lead the deployment of cutting-edge ingredients and technological innovations. You will work closely with R&D, Innovation, and Marketing & Sales teams. You will act as the key technical liaison for customers and distributors and will represent dsm-firmenich as an industry leader at customers and trade shows. - ** Cross-functional and regional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with R&D, Innovation, and Marketing & Sales teams.
- ** Customers Project Pipeline Development**
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop new product concepts and formulations.
- Identify trends and unmet needs to drive innovation.
- ** Customer & Distributor Support**:

- Provide expert training, technical support for customers and distributors.
- ** Industry Representation & Thought Leadership**:

- Represent the company at scientific forums, conferences, and trade shows.
- ** Continuous Improvement & Innovation**:

- Integrate market feedback into product enhancements.
- ** Technical expertise and Laboratory Management**:

- Operate the laboratory, ensuring compliance with safety, health and environment standard (SHE), quality and regulatory standards.

**You bring**:

- Master of Science in applied chemistry, or biochemistry, and cosmetology, or related fields
- Familiarity with laboratory technics, instrumentation, and analytical used in cosmetic testing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt to scientific and as well as non-technical audience
- Team player, open-minded, proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Well-organized, autonomous, and result-oriented
- Good command of English is required, German and/or French is a plus
