As our Regional Demand Planner, you will lead regional demand process, drive strategic demand forecasting and ensure seamless demand supply operations across the region. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to bring key influence to transform customers demand to business sales, and collaborate with cross-functional teams between region and global, and make a tangible impact on business growth.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Lead regional operational & tactical forecast process
- Lead regional allocation process
- Lead regional supply organizing to fulfill sales growth requirement
- Support and implement commercial decisions
- Measure, analyze and report key performance indicators and drive for improvement
- Lead regional demand relevant operation & process improvement

**You bring**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in sales assistant/ Supply Chain/ Customer Service
- Working experience in Demand Planning or equivalent planning roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into high-level analysis and demand planning.
- Proficiency using technology tools that enable demand planning and reporting.
- Builds excellent relationships with key internal and external customers based on trust and confidence.
