Are you enthusiastic about the transition to a more sustainable world and the role financial services and especially financial market infrastructure can play in this shift? Then join us and help shape SIX’ role in this change. Location of the workplace: We are open; it can be any SIX office location.

**What You Will Do**:

- further develop, deliver and oversee SIX’ sustainability strategy
- define strategic objectives as well as performance indicators, and demonstrate progress against these, you will report directly to the group executive board’s sponsor
- drive group level initiatives and support the business units within SIX to achieve their sustainability objectives, ensuring coherence across the entire group
- provide thought leadership on all sustainability aspects
- act as a sustainability expert and help educate, drive cultural change, promote engagement and positive innovation across the group and its sphere of influence OR its stakeholders

**What You Bring**:

- 5+ years of relevant experience
- well-grounded understanding of the corporate sustainability landscape, preferably in relation to financial services, financial market infrastructure, or financial information
- good communication skills as well as systematic and accurate working methods
- effective stakeholder management skills and a fine balance of ambition and pragmatism
- Very good verbal and written skills in English. German or Spanish is a plus.
