Reporting to the Process Industries Division HSE & Sustainability Manager, person will support to deliver Division Sustainability strategy, coordinate different workstreams and functional activities, analyzing sustainability performance data leading different Sustainability initiate/projects benchmarking industries for the overall Division & its BLs operations. You will also be responsible to lead business-specific sustainability programs, as agreed. Collaborating with the defined workstream coordinators and setting priorities and initiatives to allocate and implement the Group/Business area wide sustainability objectives and targets. Driving continuous improvement by implementing the Group-wide system, tools, training, and programs, ensuring a strong focus on the sustainability driving organizational awareness, develop programs and implement key actions incline to ABB Corporate & Business Area expectations This role will be collaborating with key stakeholders/functions within the Division and cross divisionally sharing his/her expertise with other PA Divisions and Corporate program leads.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Providing sustainability expertise and assisting the organization in understanding obligations, liabilities, and stakeholder expectations, and in establishing clear roles and responsibilities. Assisting business lines with Customer Sustainability requirements and guiding them for industry specific requirements
- Acting as central point of contact for Sustainability topic within Division functions and cross BL leading sustainability programs across to ensure consistency across all business lines engaging upstream and downstream process owners on emission reduction processes
- Reporting on Division performance and on progress in implementation of sustainability objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and sharing best practices.
- Tracking, assessing, and reporting on global emerging trends and sustainability related regulations and legislation. Ensuring the optimized delivery and use of global information (e.g. regulatory, customer, competitor, business, market) in the business decision-making process
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders to review and draw conclusions from sustainability data. Assisting with the execution of sustainability programs, policies, and strategies to reduce the company's environmental impact
- Working with Product Managers supporting Life Cycle Assessment, Emission Reduction Initiatives, Environment product declarations, Circularity initiatives and improve product related data collection process standardizing across all BLs
- Engaging external stakeholders (e.g. customers, suppliers) and internal stakeholders to report on, raise awareness of, gain commitment to and obtain objective feedback on ABB’s sustainability efforts and performance Identifying potential sustainability partnerships and business opportunities

**Your background**:

- Minimum 10-12 years proven experience supporting business at different level for Sustainability, Environmental functions in large scale organization in multinational culture
- Qualified expert with Sustainability Qualification/Hands-on working experience within large corporate and sound understanding of Environmental Management system
- Preferred Masters level qualification in Sustainability topics and Project management capabilities
- Passionate about sustainability and ideally familiar with sustainability concepts, frameworks, and standards. Working knowledge & experience of Eco Vadis, CDP, SBIT, GRI, different ESG Ratings standards and frameworks
- Sound knowledge of energy and environment technologies and solutions of a CO2 neutral society. Good understanding of different regulatory requirements mainly EU Regulations i.e. EU Taxonomy, SCIP
- Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint skills and solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Working knowledge and development capabilities of Microsoft office, Teams, SharePoint sites, Yammer, dashboards
- Self-initiator to lead continual improvement project and capabilities to manage multiple stakeholders
