Inside Sales Manager

**Your mission**:
To strengthen our Commercial Team we are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to cover the segments of dietary supplements and personal care.
Your mission is to connect with potential new customers, follow up on sales leads and sell our products to our customers. In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer
**Your profile**:
- **Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Scientific background is an added value**:
- ** At least 5 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment, with a focus on sustainable value-added active ingredients in the dietary supplements market**:
- **Experience in a commercial role of science backed ingredients is an asset**:
- ** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers**:
- **Strong sales skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets**:
- **Experience using salesforce/crm systems to manage sales activities and customer interactions**:
- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment**:
- **Fluent in written and spoken English, any other language is an asset**:
- **Proven ability to develop, grow and drive sales revenue**:

**Your tasks**:
- Follow up on sales leads provided by the marketing team and convert them into customers-
- Conduct product presentations and demos to customers via e-meetings and calls and explain how our products and services can benefit them focusing on their sustainability benefits-
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.-
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our salesforce system-
- Work towards meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets-
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure the success of our products and services**Why us?**:
